K-Fest comes to Rhyl this August with three day line-up announced

K-Fest 2022 will run across Friday 5 August - Sunday 7 August. 

K-Fest is a 3-day music festival consisting of 3 separate concerts and will feature household names from the world of pop, indie and electronic dance music.

Day 1- Friday 5 August – ‘Electronic Dance Music’ – Old School 90s Dance - techno and dance music. Main headline Graeme Park (Hacienda), K-Klass including live PA, Stu Allan, a live show with performers from Garlands Nightclub Liverpool, Boxia (drumcode), Gary Burrows, Lisa Oakes and Sai North Wales Audio plus other local DJs.

The event will have a main outdoor stage plus one (weather permitting) tented area for more specialist and niche dance genres hosted by local DJs from across North Wales.

Day 2- Saturday 6 August – ‘Indie/Live Band Day’ – bands include Cast, Dub Pistol’s, Clint Boon, The Sums, The Racket, Megan Wyn, Psyence, The Common View, DDE’s, Lost and Found, The Montagues and a live DJ set from a local Northern Soul DJ, plus others.

Day 3- Sunday 7 August – ‘Family/Fun Tribute Day’ – tribute acts confirmed are the Stereophonics, The Beatles, Katie Perry, Taylor Swift and The Old Scrotes (Irish Band), Mista Funk and the deadbeats, Megan Wyn, Body Rock Dance Academy, and more to be confirmed.

The day will also include children’s entertainment zones, Little Raverz Hour and 80’s Disco Hour with special guests. This day is also dog friendly. 

Organisers say the festival is set to be one of the biggest events to hit North Wales. 

K-Fest is supported by Creative Wales.
