After a tough year DOCA are pleased to be bringing a little festive light to the streets of Devizes on the weekend of 27 November after being awarded Lottery funding by Arts Council England.
The Town Hall, Shambles Indoor Market, Corn Exchange and Market Place will see artists, makers and traders bring out their festive fair over a weekend long Winter Festival, giving shoppers a chance to buy unique Christmas gifts in an event spread out safely over the Town Centre.
Enjoy festive tipples and delicious food as you explore interactive light installations which will appear in Wiltshire Museums Garden and the Chequers Garden opposite the Town Hall.
Look out for roaming performers who will be lighting up the streets with projections coming from bikes and giant Caribou on the Friday and Saturday nights.
DOCA are promoting a Window Wanderland walking trail which will give households and retailers a chance to show off their creative skills with amazing displays of all kinds and don’t miss the installation of locally made paper baubles displayed in the Shambles Indoor Market which will be there until Christmas.
