Applications to perform at Lechlade Music Festival 2023 now open

Lechlade Festival has opened applications to become part of the line-up at the 11th music festival, taking place next May.

The multi-award-winning, family-friendly festival will once again take place at The Riverside Park, alongside the River Thames, from 26 - 28 May 2023, over the bank holiday weekend.

Boasting three music stages, a cabaret, and comedy stage, and over 100 acts on the line-up, the festival is said to attract performers and audiences from around the UK and Europe.

Festival Director Jennie Turner-Maskell says she is looking for unusual and diverse acts to bring plenty of variety to the 2023 line-up.

She said: “We are excited to see the applications coming in already for next year, we particularly love to support unsigned acts and young performers and encourage them to apply.  We’re keen to broaden the genres of acts and are looking for original music with diverse flavours.

“We generally see around 1000 acts applying and spend the next 5-6 months listening to every single application, then honing down the selection to create a fantastic 3-day programme. Performers are invited to stay and enjoy a great weekend of live music.”

Individuals can visit the festival website to submit their application at www.lechladefestival.co.uk
